Question: Can I transfer my product license(s) to another account/person? Answer: Yes. You may open a Product Support ticket in our server to transfer your product license to someone else or any account.

Question: Can I have a refund? Answer: Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for any reason. Roblox Support will not provide you a refund as refunds are at the developer's discretion.

Question: I saw/know someone violating the Terms of Use! How can I report it? Answer: To report anyone which may be violating Product Terms, please open an General Support ticket with evidence (screenshots/screen recordings) along with a link to the game.

Question: Are you hacking/backdooring my game? / Why is "AG_ByteNet" being inserted into my game? Answer: We will never backdoor or attempt to gain unauthorized control over your game. Some of our products may need to send/receive data from server to client and client to server, but traditional Roblox RemoteEvents/RemoteFunctions pose a performance and security risk. Therefore, we use ByteNet, an networking library which helps to organize events and boost performance.

ByteNet is currently notused in any of our products, but products will be shifting to ByteNet in their next updates.
